The Goshen County Library will work cooperatively with the representative of Visually Handicapped Services responsible for serving Goshen County to provide this type of service for those who qualify. The library will function as a referral center for people needing such service and for the representative of the Blind and Physically Handicapped program through the federal government.
Each month, the library holds a family night in the activity center. We will meet interesting people from our community, read stories, and or create crafts to take home. This is a great way to spend time with your child.
Individuals who are homebound may utilize the home delivery provided by the library. Staff members make home deliveries in person for those people living within the city limits of the county seat. Other arrangements may be made with individuals residing elsewhere in the county.
