How do I get a Library Card?Anyone wishing to remove materials from the building needs a current library card and must be a patron in good standing. Full library service is available immediately to a patron who provides a picture identification and verification of his current local address. A patron under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign his/her card who will provide the required ID and verification information. Parents and/or guardians may sign for their dependent minors providing the adult has a current valid library card. This parental signature relieves the library of all responsibility for material read, accessed and/or checked out by the child. This signature also implies assumption of responsibility for payment of fines and damaged or lost materials. Parental signature exceptions may be made for patrons who are under the age of 18 who are married and on their own or are currently attending Eastern Wyoming College and possess a current student identification card.
How many items may I check out at one time?A patron in good standing may take 5 dvds and up to 35 books at one time.
What happens if I need more time to finish my book?As long as the book is not on hold for anyone else, you may renew it online, by phone, or in person.
